AGB & Associates Legal Consultancy Ltd provides non-reserved legal services and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We do not undertake reserved legal activities.

Despite this status, we are committed to handling complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently.

You may complain about:

• Professional conduct in relation to non-reserved legal services

• The quality or standard of service provided

• Delays or failure to act as agreed

• Communication issues

Please include your name, contact details, the relevant matter (if applicable), and a brief explanation of your concern.

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

• Your complaint will be reviewed by a senior person within the consultancy who was not directly responsible for the matter complained of, where possible.

• We aim to provide a substantive written response within 14 working days.

If more time is required, we will keep you informed.

As we are not regulated by the SRA and provide non-reserved legal services only, complaints cannot be referred to the Legal Ombudsman.

You remain entitled to:

• Seek independent advice, or

• Pursue any legal remedies available to you through the courts.

No. We do not charge for handling complaints.

All complaints are handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
